We took a trip to the local park (i.e. the front yard) and enjoyed some of the fine weather that has finally come out to play. We spread her puff blanket out and Lily had a ball! I gathered some dandelions before dad sprayed them with poison and Kimberly made a wonderful crown for Lady Lily. She did not mind them being in her hair or on top of her ears but the ones in her hands were soon the ones in her mouth! I don't know what kind of weaving pattern Kimberly used but this crown would not fall off or tear.

After a few minutes in the sun dad rolled up with an invitation to the pool and we couldn't turn him down. Lily swam and swam and had a great time and the crown still held in the pool! Recently the club changed their pool chemicals to a salt water pool and Lily couldn't stop licking her lips, it was pretty much hilarious. Silly me forgot the camera battery when we went to the pool but luckily we went on Sunday too with the whole family and got lots of pictures but you will just have to wait.......Oooooh The Lily Pad is sooo suspenseful.
